Bailu Hub · Start here
A clearer start to internal practice.
Bailu Hub is an app for studying and practising Chinese internal martial arts. Read the course explanation, study a 3D demonstration, follow the course guidance, and record what you notice. Use specific questions to explore what remains unclear.
Where does practice begin?
The first lesson is Feel Your Dantian — The Bellows Practice. It introduces the body’s centre and whole-body connection. Understand the practice before starting; available lessons and training follow the instructions and access shown in your account.
What does the 3D demonstration add?
Observe movement and structure from different angles in the app, alongside the course explanation. Fixed-view animations and interface images on this website are previews, rather than the app’s interactive controls.
What happens after a session?
Record your experience and look back at your progress. Ask about a movement principle or a difference you noticed, so that your next practice has a clearer focus.
Who is it for?
People who want to understand foundational internal martial arts practice and are willing to read, observe and reflect. AI questions offer supporting explanations; they do not provide a live physical assessment or certify that a movement is correct.
What is included at launch?
The first release is planned as a free version with free basic features. Available courses, question allowances and training rules follow the released app. Subscriptions, paid tiers and in-person courses are outside this first-release announcement.
Public downloads are not yet available. Website signup is for launch updates, not an App Store pre-order or access to training.
